WISHLIST | Urban Outfitters

April 23, 2015

I recently went for a look around Urban Outfitters in Edinburgh. Aberdeen unfortunately doesn't have this store, so I spent my school years lusting after a shop I could never visit. Now that I'm living in Edinburgh, my student budget can't stretch to regular shopping sprees, but it doesn't stop me from day dreaming about owning these clothes.

Which is why I've complied a little wishlist of the clothes I would love to stock my summer wardrobe with - and I have truly had to limit myself as I would live in Urban Outfitters if I could.

Urban Renewal Vintage Cutomised Boho Trim Tee in Black
£25
I love the fringe around the bottom of this little top - I think because it reminds me of the tops and three quarter length trousers my mum used to make us when we were little, which were always decked out in fringing. Its a simple top that would be easy to throw on with shorts or jeans for a more casual look.

Ecote Printed Cold Shoulder Dress in Black
£66
I have become a great lover of these off the shoulder dresses, and this one has an amazing back to it. I can imagine popping this on while out in the sun despite getting some funky tan lines with it. Very festival ready if you ask me.

Kimchi Blue Lagoona Sundress
£46
The pattern of this dress is what drew me to it, while being understated it is still a very pretty dress that looks perfect for the hotter weather. And I spot some pockets in it too - what more could a girl ask for in a dress?

Metal Cut Out Sunglasses in Black
£16
I hate shopping for sunglasses - my face just does not suit them. But these ones look too good to pass up. The cut outs in them look so much fun and I'd imagine some amazing shadows would be cast on your face while wearing them.

Deena & Ozzy Brady Tapestry Wedges in Orange
£29
These look more than perfect for the summer. They look comfortable enough to spend the day or night in them. I love the pattern, and it stands out even more in person - the vibrant colours are again perfect for the festival look.

Somedays Lovin' Island Girl Floral Playsuit in Navy
£48
Playsuits are my guilty pleasure, and this one just tops the list. I love how floaty the material is, meaning it would be comfortable in the summer heat, and isn't too revealing as some are.
Somedays Lovin' Island Girl Floral Halterneck Top in Navy
£30
As I loved the pattern so much on the playsuit, how could I resist adding the top version to this wishlist. I absolutely love halternecks, but own too few, and the material suits the crop top perfectly too.

Deena & Ozzy Jay Lace - Up Hurachi Sandals in Tan
£39
Need I even explain why I love these. The wicker basket look to them gives a classic vintage feel to them, and the coloured woven detail in the centre adds a bit of fun and uniqueness to them. Perfect for pairing with dresses, skirts, shorts or trousers on those inevitably colder days - how can they not be a summer wardrobe staple.

Ecote Cold Shoulder Crochet Playsuit in Ivory
£49
As I said before, I am loving this style of shoulders / sleeves, and combining them in a playsuit makes it irresistible. The crochet detailing along the top gives this playsuit a little bit of a fancier feel and could be paired with some summer heels for a night out or with sandals for during the day.

Somedays Lovin' Jets Chambray Playsuit in Blue
£48

Playsuit / Dungarees, these cute little shorts looks so comfortable. The washed out shade of blue makes it ideal for summer days. Pairing it with patterned or plain tops gives this playsuit many, many different looks.

    1. Sunglasses just never come in the right size for my face, always too small or too big! Maybe I'll find the right pair one day.. Thank you!
